Off to play Night ‘Glow Ball’ Golf at University Park CC in Sarasota. 56 players will be in the 6 pm shotgun start — we will be in moonlit darkness by 6:35. Temperature will be a pleasant 65, so “Let the Games Begin”!!! Don’t forget the flashlight!

We had our share of frost delays at University Park CC in January, but today’s 77 degree, sunny weather had to be the best anywhere in the U.S.A. today! This is why we moved here!!!

Just a quick reminder to be careful both driving AND walking in Florida parking lots. This week, my fit and recently retired friend Zibby Damm (UPCC Barb Inbody’s sister and my 2010 Tennessee housing host) was walking back to her car after shopping at her Cape Coral Publix store. A mini-van suddenly backed out and hit her – claims he never saw her. She broke her pelvis in 2 places and has 8 staples in her skull. So sad and so lucky.

What a game, and family reunion at Amway Arena! VIP dinner and great seats! Wow! 10 pts up with 8 min. to go!
